Ground Floor Loan Program

The 195 District offers a loan program for vacant ground floor commercial spaces in the District. The program features flexible financing terms and below-market interest rates that can lower initial costs to tenants. 

Eligibility

• Owners of buildings located in the 195 District
• First generation ground floor commercial spaces with identified tenant
• Loan funds can be used for improvements to the space that are not unique to a specific tenant
