195 District Building Permit Fee Schedule
Building permit fees for projects in the 195 District are set at 1.4% of construction costs, inclusive of the fire plan review fee. As required by the I-195 Redevelopment Act of 2011, the state building official issues building permits for projects in the District, however the fee is paid to the I-195 Redevelopment District.
This building permit fee schedule was adopted by the Commission on August 28, 2018.
195 District Application Fee Schedule
Projects in the 195 District must pay an application fee within two days after the Commission grants Final Plan Approval. Application fees are based on the following schedule:
