I-195 Redevelopment District Building Permit Fee Schedule

Building permit fees for projects in the I-195 Redevelopment District are set at 1.4% of construction costs, inclusive of the fire plan review fee. As required by the I-195 Redevelopment Act of 2011, the state building official issues building permits for projects in the District, however the fee is paid to the I-195 Redevelopment District.

This building permit fee schedule was adopted by the Commission on August 28, 2018.

I-195 Redevelopment District Application Fee Schedule

Projects in the I-195 Redevelopment District must pay an application fee within two days after the Commission grants Final Plan Approval. Application fees are based on the following schedule:
